When it comes to cooking, everyone has one’s own stock of recipes. It is not only because of different ways of doing things but also because of different tastes. The same may be said when it comes to making a pizza sandwich. If ever, you wish to have a pizza, but your pocket or the occasion does not permit, do not worry! You can make your very own pizza sandwich – it is easy-to-make, delicious, hygienic, healthy, and tastes like a real pizza!
First, get the sandwich topping ready according to your mood, taste and requirement. Cut into small pieces – onion/ tomato/ capsicum/ cucumber – whatever you would like to have. You may also boil and put corns, if you wish to. Next, put into the salad-mix, a pinch of salt, pepper and chilly powder.
Now, take a slice of bread and with the help of a butter knife, spread pizza sauce over it, followed by cheese-spread. After mixing the topping well, put it over the bread slice. Then, grate some mozzarella cheese and spread it evenly. You may put some butter to your liking. Cover it with another slice of bread.
Microwave the sandwich for two minutes or so depending upon the type of microwave. You may use a grill to get a crispy pizza sandwich. Observe the sandwich as it is being cooked and when you feel that it is ready, take it out and let it cool. Enjoy, with or without ketchup, the taste of a real pizza as you bite the sandwich.
